Led by Dr. Dana, an esteemed orthopedic clinical specialist, Physical Therapist, and Certified Pilates Equipment and Mat Instructor, our one-on-one Pilates sessions offer a transformative experience tailored to your unique needs.

Dr. Dana brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the world of Pilates. With a background rooted in dance and movement instruction, Dana's journey led her to become a trusted authority in orthopedic wellness and rehabilitation.

As a graduate of the Artistic Athlete Health Collective's Mentorship Program, Dr. Dana's commitment to holistic well-being and her dedication to her clients' progress shine through in every session. Also, Her unique expertise with hypermobile bodies fill a massive void in the exercise landscape.  Her project, Pilates for Hypermobility, was a fabulous success in the mentorship program and we’re thrilled to have it as a staple in our programming.

  • Artistic Athlete Discount: $100 per 50-minute Session* 

    • Recognizing the invaluable contribution of the artistic athlete community, we offer a special discounted rate of $100 per session. This reduced rate is a testament to our deep-seated commitment to supporting the industry and fostering a vibrant, thriving artistic community.

    • *In order to qualify for this discount, you must be employed by a performing arts organization and make most of your income as an artist.
